HelloKids.pk offers a 21-day return and exchange policy. You can easily change or get a refund for your items without needing to give any explanation.

To exchange or refund your items, just contact our customer support team on WhatsApp at 03313335269. They will help you with a hassle-free exchange or return process.

The exchange or refund procedures might require a period of 3-10 business days, and there will be an extra fee of Rs. 200/- (Delivery charges) for any exchanges.

Certain addresses are eligible for doorstep exchanges and return collections at a cost of Rs. 250/-

HelloKids.pk may charge delivery fees for either one or both sides in the case of an exchange or refund.
